At the heart of transformation

Making production smarter
and more visible.

We develop machine vision inspection, MES production tracking, barcode reading and label application for production lines.

Connect inspection images, production records and barcode information to the decisions made at your plant.

01

Camera inspection

Inspection decisions and defect records from product images.

02

MES production records

Review work orders, counts and downtime together.

03

Barcode / QR traceability

Connect product identity to batch and process records.

04

Label application

Plan printing, application and code verification together.

How we work

Before choosing technology,
we understand your production goals.

01

Survey and data inventory

Output: inspection brief, samples and interface inventory. Timing depends on access and available data.

02

Pilot and acceptance plan

Output: measurement method, exception scenarios and next decision. Timing depends on variants and trial scope.

03

Installation, training and support

Output: commissioning checks, operator guidance and maintenance scope. Plan with the production schedule.

FAQs

A better starting point,
a clearer transformation.

Review questions about installation, pilots, ERP/PLC interfaces, data and service scope.

Will it work with our existing system?

The team reviews machines, PLCs, software and interfaces. Compatibility, connection responsibility and additional hardware are defined in the technical offer; universal compatibility is not assumed.

Can we start with a pilot or trial?

Start with a limited task and acceptance criteria. Samples or site data define the trial, measures and next decision. Pilot availability and terms are agreed for the specific project.

Does installation stop production?

Connections and safety requirements may need a planned stop or test window. Agree the schedule with production and maintenance teams; zero downtime is not guaranteed.

How are capacity and price determined?

Product or load samples, target flow, conditions and integration scope are reviewed. The final configuration and commercial offer are based on these inputs.

How are data and software interfaces planned?

Define data sources, interfaces, permissions, retention and recovery responsibilities. On-site or cloud deployment is assessed against the customer environment.

What is the service and maintenance scope?

Discuss maintenance access, training, spares and remote support in the offer. Coordination with STU Servis is available through the group; warranty and response commitments require a written scope.
